Omaha, Nebraska – A woman has been charged with murder in Omaha. Brandy Williams, aged 30, finds herself in the Douglas County Jail, facing a first-degree murder charge.
This charge comes after Williams was initially arrested on charges of being an accessory to a felony in connection to a homicide case. The case in question unfolded on July 15, when Omaha police responded to a distressing scene. Near 14th and Pinkney streets, they discovered a young man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was 21-year-old Quayvon Walker. Despite urgent efforts and being quickly transported to the hospital, Walker succumbed to his injuries. The investigation led to Williams’ subsequent arrest and murder charge.
