Woman arrested after Papillion DUI crash
OMAHA, Nebraska (Nebraska) — A woman was arrested for drunk driving after an injury accident at Papillion Tuesday night.
The Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office says Kristen Gragert, 44, was driving east on the west lanes of Highway 370 near 126th Street around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday in a 2012 Chevy Colorado when she collided head-on with an Infiniti Q50 sedan.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Gragert’s blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit.
The Infiniti driver was seriously injured and is still in the hospital.

On Friday night, Gragert was jailed in the Sarpi County Jail for drunk driving, resulting in serious bodily harm and an additional charge of drunk driving.
The case is still under investigation by the Sarpi County Sheriff’s Office.
