LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska) – The Seward County Sheriff’s Office says multiple accidents have been reported along I-80 as winter weather pounds Nebraska.

Drivers near the Milford exit are advised to use an alternate route on Thursday morning.

The sheriff’s office says travel is not advised as it is receiving reports of white out conditions throughout the area.

Officials say stay home if you can. If you must travel, you are asked to slow down and leave extra space between vehicles.
