Two car crashes in downtown North Platte

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (Nebraska) — First responders were at the scene of a two-car crash in downtown North Platte on Tuesday morning.

The collision between a Buick and a Honda took place around 9 in the morning. The Buick landed on its side.

“I was headed west. I was cleared,” said Gladys Hodges, a car accident victim. “All I saw was a blur and I steeled myself. that a rollover was about to occur. I had my seat belt on, the airbags on and I wasn’t hurt.”

There are no injuries and the intersection is open again.
