Thursday night fire almost completely damaged a home in St. Charles
ST. CHARLES, ILLINOIS – A house in St. Charles, Illinois, was destroyed by fire on Thursday evening, and the incident cost an estimated $100,000 in damages.
According to the St. Charles Fire Department, the call came in at approximately 7:42 p.m. at a private residence that may be found at 3401 Greenwood Lane.
The home was uninhabited at the time of the incident, and there were no reports of anyone being hurt.
According to the officials, the blaze was brought under control in just thirty minutes.
The fire has rendered the house uninhabitable, and authorities are working to determine what caused it.
