The Nebraska State Patrol arrests an Omaha man during a child labor investigation
OMAHA, Neb. (Nebraska) – The Nebraska State Patrol Technical Crimes Unit, with the assistance of Homeland Security Investigations, arrested an Omaha man after an investigation into child exploitation.
On February 7, 2023, NSP executed a search warrant at the residence at 1319 South 8th Street, Omaha. The search of the residence resulted in an investigation into child exploitation.
According to NSP, the resident, Timothy E. Sousa, 57, was arrested for possession of child pornography and illegal trespassing. Sousa was deposited in the Douglas County Jail.
The investigation remains ongoing.
