The Fall Festival will take place at the First Baptist Church on Saturday at 6:30pm
NORTH PLATTE, Nebraska – Saturday at 6:30pm, the Fall Festival will take place at the First Baptist Church.
The festival is a family-friendly event with food and entertainment.
The centerpiece will be the specially-tuned Tesla coil that will be brought in and used to play music.
An organizer, Westly Hoatson, stated that the Tesla coil should steal the show.
“The Tesla coil is essentially a large lightning generator,” Hoatson explained. “They have been able to fine-tune the electronics to the point that they can alter the lightning strikes’ frequencies in order to make it play music.”
