The discovery of a body in a Lancaster County ditch is under investigation.
LINCOLN, Nebraska (Nebraska) – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a body was found in a ditch northeast of Crete.
At 9:40 a.m. Tuesday, the sheriff’s office received a call from a man who found the body of a man south of Highway 33 on Southwest 128th Street.
Apparently, the body had been in this place for some time.
The sheriff’s office said the investigation was at a very early stage and the death was classified as unspecified. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
