The dead body found on Highway 275 near Fremont on Thursday has been identified by the local authorities
FREMONT, Nebraska – The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has identified a body located on Highway 275 on Thursday.
Thursday at approximately 2:30 p.m., construction personnel reported authorities of a probable body on Highway 275 south of Morningside Road near Fremont.
The body was identified on Friday, but the family was alerted before the identification was made public.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office identified the deceased guy as La Vista resident Yashua Martinez, 27 years old, on Saturday.
The investigation remains active. The Sheriff’s Office reports that there is currently no danger to the public.
