The Bedford driver that killed a baby this past weekend has been charged, police
BEDFORD, Texas – A man from Mansfield has been charged with manslaughter in connection with a weekend crash in Bedford that resulted in the death of a 2-year-old girl.
According to authorities, Joshua Hagger, 36, was traveling at a high rate of speed on Highway 121 near Cheek Sparger Road around 2:30 p.m. when he collided with a silver vehicle.
A 2-year-old girl from Benbrook was killed while riding in the vehicle, and other passengers were injured.
On the scene, Bedford Police apprehended Hagger.
Currently detained at the Euless Jail, he may face additional charges.
Hagger will be taken to the Tarrant County Jail, where his bail will be determined at a later date.
The crash is still being investigated.
