Sunday morning house fire in Omaha almost completely damaged a home, no injuries reported
OMAHA, Nebraska – A fire broke out in a residence early on Sunday morning, and crews reacted.
Around 6:30 in the morning, crews from the Omaha Fire Department were dispatched to a home fire that was located close to the intersection of Fontenelle Boulevard and Fowler Avenue.
According to Omaha Fire, firefighters responded on the scene and were able to extinguish the blaze and enter the structure.
It was thought that there were four individuals in the house at the time, and all of them successfully escaped.
Despite the significant damage that was sustained by the structure, there were no reports of any injuries. The American Red Cross was also present to lend assistance to the victims.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by the authorities.
