Still a mild day, then chances of rain and snow
February 28, 2023 5:46 pm
It will continue to be hotter than average through Wednesday, then a quick hit system will kick in. This will cool us down for a few days and give us a chance for some rain and snow from Thursday through early Friday.
The weekend looks dry and warmer and should last well into early next week. Our next chance for precipitation comes in the middle of next week.
We will start Wednesday with temperatures 5 to 10 degrees above average and warm up to about 50 degrees. There won’t be much wind and we will see a mix of sun and clouds.
Most of us will go up in the mid and upper 40s to the lower and mid 50s.
Then winter returns and the possibility of snow already presents itself on Thursday morning. If it gets warm enough, we could see some rain showers mixing in for the afternoon.
The snow potential will try to persist through early Friday, then we’ll clear up and try to warm up again into the mid 40’s by afternoon.
