State paratroopers stop traffic, eventually delivering food to DoorDash
SCOTTBLuff, Nebraska (Nebraska) — Nebraska State Troopers who first stopped traffic in Scottsbluff were unexpectedly taken to DoorDash.
According to a tweet from the Nebraska State Patrol, Troopers Dusatko and Sporer stopped traffic a few nights ago and found that the driver’s license had been revoked. Soldiers also discovered that the driver was delivering DoorDash orders to people in Göring.
Soldiers Dusatko and Sporer decided to take over and carry out the remaining two orders from the driver, with Soldier Sporer handling the stalled driver and Soldier Dusatko delivering the orders.
One DoorDash customer, whose name has not been released, said: “I would love to contact the state cop who went out of their way tonight after the traffic stop to get my DoorDash order to me. You are truly an amazing person and I really appreciate your service.”
While Soldier Sporer was processing the driver, Soldier Dusatko completed two deliveries, leading to this wonderful note from one of the recipients.
And all this for a one-day service to the people of Nebraska. #PatrolGoodLife pic.twitter.com/Ai7dsgbKFO
