Soldiers arrest 33-year-old Lincoln during an investigation into child pornography

LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska) – The Nebraska State Patrol has arrested a Lincoln man on charges of possessing child sexual abuse materials.

The patrol on Wednesday issued a search warrant at the apartment of 33-year-old Daniel Polyanksy near North 48th Street and Leighton Avenue.

Inside, the soldiers found “numerous items of child pornography,” according to the patrol.

Polyansky was then arrested on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography. He was deposited in the Lancaster County Jail.

An investigation is underway, the patrol says.
