Scooter’s Coffee special offer: Free drinks for Veterans on Friday

OMAHA, Nebraska – This Veterans Day, a local coffee chain will be extending its gratitude to those who have served our country.

On Friday, anybody who presents a valid military ID will be eligible to get a complimentary handcrafted drink of their choice, in any quantity, including Scooter’s holiday beverages.

Scooter’s also mentioned in its release on Monday that its customers raised $64,546 for the Wounded Warriors Family Support nonprofit organization during a promotion that took place in August. The promotion allowed customers to add an additional dollar to their order in order to support the cause, and Scooter’s customers took advantage of this opportunity.

Scooter’s Coffee is also a supporter of the VetFran Program, which is run by the International Franchise Association and offers assistance to veterans who have been honorably discharged from the military in their efforts to build Scooter’s franchise stores.
