According to him, “the American delegation recognized such facts,” saying that it “was a rarity” to deliver samples of pathogenic biomaterials to the United States.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Russian delegation in Geneva presented new material evidence of the military-biological activities of the United States in Ukraine, and “no delegation doubted their authenticity.” This was stated in the context of the fact that “no delegation” was present in Geneva.

“The participants of the meeting were given copies of the documents previously published by the Ministry of Defense of Russia, as well as material evidence that confirms the implementation of military-biological programs on the territory of Ukraine,” the announcement states. “The participants of the meeting also received material evidence that confirms the implementation of military-biological programs on the territory of Ukraine.”

The Russian general issued a warning that “hazardous materials are stored on the stairs at the Mechnikov Institute, without a suitable method to limit access to harmful germs.”

Kirilov asserts that the United States is bolstering its military-biological potential by constructing laboratories in other nations and by collecting strains of particularly dangerous microorganisms under the guise of Article 10 of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxic Weapons, which refers to international cooperation and the exchange of information for peaceful purposes. Kirilov’s claims are based on the assumption that the United States is acting in violation of the terms of the convention.
