Order rebates from your seat using the DoorDash app at Pinnacle Bank Arena
LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska) — Pinnacle Bank Arena has announced a new partnership with DoorDash, a food ordering and delivery app, to improve the guest experience.
Through the new partnership, live event attendees will be able to use the DoorDash app on their phones to order food and drinks from designated outlets from their seats and pick them up when they’re ready.
Attendees will be able to access a specific venue via the GPS pop-up on the app or by scanning a QR code at their seat.
Glenn Bateman, Director of Food and Beverage at Pinnacle Bank Arena, said: “We are committed to reducing the queues at the shopping kiosks and speeding up delivery so people don’t miss out on any game play, family shows or concerts.”
The new partnership officially kicked off on February 2 at the Pinnacle Bank Arena for the University of Nebraska women’s basketball game against Michigan State.
Bateman said they started with a few concession kiosks and will add more as they become more familiar with the process.
