One dead and one injured is the result of a stabbing incident early Saturday morning in Long Beach

Around one in the morning, there was a stabbing in Long Beach, California. Saturday’s events in Long Beach are believed to have resulted in one man’s death and another man’s injury.

Saturday’s stabbing was said to have happened in the 1700 block of Broadway, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

According to a statement made by the police, authorities located two guys with stab wounds to the upper body at the scene. Both men were taken to the hospital, but at approximately 3:30 p.m., one of the men was pronounced dead as a result of his injuries, according to the police.

Christopher Finley, 28, from the city of Long Beach was identified as the person who passed away on September 11, according to the police.

It was not immediately possible to obtain any additional information regarding the victims of the incident.

According to the police, the early investigation reveals that the stabbing was the result of a verbal disagreement that evolved into a brawl between the two males who were hurt and another male suspect who has not been identified.

There was an initial lack of success in locating the male suspect.

According to the authorities, an investigation is currently taking place to determine a probable motivation for the event.
