Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert back to work after quarantining from Covid-19, mayor’s spokesperson confirmed

Omaha, Nebraska – As we already reported few days ago, the fully vaccinated Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert contracted Covid-19 and spent the last couple of days home after her corona test came back positive.

According to the Mayor office’s spokesperson, Stothert ended her quarantine and returned to work on Thursday.

“She has completed the quarantine period required by the city’s COVID policy and is working in the office this afternoon,” spokeswoman Carrie Murphy told 6 News.

As she previously reported, Stothert has been fully vaccinated and even boosted.

She only developed mild symptoms last week when she tested positive.

While in quarantine, she was working from home.
