Officers recover stolen firearms while serving a warrant at a north Lincoln residence.
LINCOLN, Nebraska (Nebraska). The Lincoln Police Department recovered two stolen handguns during a search of a north Lincoln home.
Around 2:19 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, LPD gang investigators issued a search warrant for a house on College Park Drive, near 84th Street and O Street, as part of a drug investigation.
LPD claims investigators recovered three vials of THC wax, 15.2 grams of marijuana, a distribution package, $758 in cash, a controlled pharmaceutical substance, a 12-gauge shotgun reported to have been stolen in Lincoln in March 2020, and Kel-Tec caliber 5.56. a rifle reportedly stolen from Custer County, Missouri in December 2017.
Terrell Jones, 21, was jailed for possession of a firearm in violation of drug law, possession of a controlled substance, possession of money in violation of drug law, delivery of manufacturing, or intent to deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet. schools (Southeastern Community College).
