North Charleston PD is seeking public help in locating local resident who might be endangered, last seen Wednesday night
NORTH CHARLESTON, South Carolina – The North Charleston Police Department is requesting the assistance of the general public in locating a male subject who has gone missing.
The thirty-year-old David A. Chapman was last seen on Wednesday night at the Midland Park Residential Home.
Chapman is diagnosed with mental problems and has a pattern of evading treatment by leaving the facility on his own.
Chapman is described as having brown eyes and black hair by the police. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs 238 pounds.
