SCOTTSBLUFF, Nebraska – An adult male from Big Springs has been taken into custody by investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol in connection with a report of sexual assault on a minor.

He was booked into the local jail.
Foster has been booked into the facility that serves Scotts Bluff County.
