META is testing new cross-platform interface and new options to make the Facebook and Instagram using experience easier
Meta is testing easier profile switching between Facebook and Instagram, as well as a new cross-platform interface.
The company has started shipping a new interface for Android, iOS and the web, which allows for easier switching between profiles.
Provided you’ve added your Facebook and Instagram details to the same Accounts Center, you’ll be able to use the feature to switch between the two apps without having to go to your phone’s home screen, multitasking menu or app drawer.
The mentioned interface also allows you to see the display of all your notifications in one place.
Meta also introduces a redesigned login and overall experience on Android and iOS platforms. Those who are just starting to use the company’s social networks can create one profile and then use it to create additional ones.
Those who already have a Facebook and Instagram account can now use the login information associated with one app to access the other.
