Man arrested after allegedly harassing police in Omaha
OMAHA, Nebraska. (Nebraska) — A man is in custody after he allegedly fled a bus stop and took Omaha police on a chase Sunday afternoon.
According to police, it started when officers tried to stop traffic at 108th Street and I Street at 3:50 p.m. Sunday.
The driver allegedly fled and more than 20 police cars searched for the suspect during the pursuit, which eventually led the police to 66th Street and Leavenworth.
The suspect allegedly got out of the car and ran through the backyards before hiding in the stranger’s barn. A K9 police unit was deployed and eventually pulled him out.

The whole situation lasted approximately 45 minutes, at least one person was arrested.
