Local authorities revealed the identity of the Grand Island’s victim killed in an incident earlier this week, police

Grand Island, Nebraska – The investigation about the homicide that happened earlier this week in Grand Island when one person was killed is ongoing, the local police department confirmed.

According to the incident report, officers were dispatched at the scene to an apartment located at 303 South Pine Street early Tuesday morning where they found a male victim dead in a hallway.

Authorities revealed the identity of the victim later and he was identified as the 30-year-old Said Abdullahi Farah, of Grand Island.

The body was transferred to Omaha for autopsy on Wednesday.

While the authorities are waiting for the results of the autopsy, there is in-depth investigation ongoing about the fatal incident.

At this point, there are no suspects in the case identified.
