Lincoln’s Zesto Ice Cream sells soft serve “soft” openings.
LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska) – Lincoln Zesto ice cream parlor had its soft opening on Wednesday.
Zesto, located near 11th and South Streets, celebrated the soft opening by selling its popular soft serve ice cream and other frozen treats.
Lynda Rediger, the owner of Zestos, shared her excitement for the upcoming season.
“Today is a beautiful day, so today we open up and go out and serve ice cream,” she said. “I’m just excited to be up and running and excited for the 2023 season.”
Rediger says that in addition to Zesto cones, malts and shakes are also big sellers.
Zesto will also be open on Thursdays from 3pm to 9pm
