Lincoln police responded to a robbery call early Saturday morning at the 2300 Cornhusker Highway Kwik Shop

LINCOLN, Nebraska – Saturday, Lincoln Police responded to a robbery at the Kwik Shop located at 2300 Cornhusker Highway.

The LPD reports that at 6:05 a.m., officers were dispatched to the convenience shop. A store clerk observed a man around 30 years old stealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying. The man returned to the store, where he was confronted by the employee.

The man then threatened the employee while brandishing a gun. The guy then stole further products before fleeing the establishment in a vehicle of a dark tint.

LPD stated that approximately $50 worth of goods were stolen.
