Lincoln PD seeks help in identifying a man suspected of child enticement, report

LINCOLN, Nebraska – The Child Enticement Report that was filed with the Lincoln Police Department on Tuesday after-noon is now being investigated.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LPD) reports that the incident took place on Tuesday about 3:30 p.m. in the area of South 83rd Street and Yankee Woods Drive.

A mother called the police to report that her children were walking home from St. Michael’s School when they were approached by an unknown man driving a small automobile. The children did not recognize the man.

According to the report, the driver inquired as to whether or not the children, aged 11 and 7, desired a ride. The youngsters expressed their refusal, expressed their fear, and fled the location.

The vehicle is reported as being of a lighter color, being of a smaller size, and having four doors. The license plates on the vehicle are unknown.

According to the description, the driver is a man who is in his 30s and has longer, curlier black hair.

The vehicle was sighted around South 83rd and Yankee Woods Drive at its most recent known location.
