Lincoln Enterprises Throws a March Madness Viewing Party
LINCOLN, Nebraska (Nebraska) – The March Madness has begun, and it’s no wonder it’s taking its toll on workplace productivity.
Every year for the past five years, Rembolt Ludtke Law Firm, UNICO, the Lincoln House, and the Nebraska State House have taken a diversion to this and hosted a March Madness party for employees throughout the building and outside to watch basketball, eat, and socialize. .
They said that just because people aren’t sitting in their offices doesn’t mean they can’t be productive in other ways, like meeting new people.
“Everyone is focused on the games, who wins, who doesn’t win, so we just decided to embrace it, let’s get together, make connections, let’s invite clients, make relationships and watch some basketball,” said Tara Paulson, Rembolt CEO Luedtke .
Reagan Rodenburg, benefits consultant at UNICO, said the excitement in the air today makes her want to connect with people.
“We invited everyone we know so that customers, business partners, suppliers just get together and watch basketball, talk, eat a lot of delicious food and just make a fuss about this event that is taking place all over the country. ” She said.
People could watch games with their peers from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Thursday.
