Last month, Miami woman was sexually assaulted while waiting for a bus, the police is now asking for help in to locate the attacker
Miami, Florida – The man who is wanted by the Miami Police Department for sexually assaulting a lady at a bus stop a month ago is still at large.
The occurrence took place in the wee hours of the morning on August 16 in the neighborhood that is bounded by Southwest 3rd Avenue and Southwest 18th Road.
Surveillance footage showed the suspect exiting a dark-colored four-door pickup, probably a Chevrolet Silverado, and approaching the victim on foot at approximately one in the morning. The police said this was shown on the footage.
The victim reportedly told detectives that she had fallen asleep on a bus bench a few hours earlier, and that she had been startled awake by the man who was standing over her and who had placed his genitals in her mouth. According to the police, the victim told detectives that she had fallen asleep on the bench after becoming drunk.
She began yelling for assistance, and a nearby witness raced to her aid just as the suspect was walking away from the scene of the crime.
According to the police, the suspect initially ran away from his truck but then turned around when he realized no one was chasing him and drove away in the truck.
The individual was said to be between 30 and 50 years old, around 5 feet 8 inches tall, and had a prominent stomach and midline. He had facial hair that included gray sideburns, and his long, gray hair was pulled back into a ponytail. The last time anyone saw him, he was wearing a dark-colored short and an army green T-shirt.
