Iowa man wins lottery twice after buying ticket in the same Council Bluffs store
COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa — You may have heard that lightning cannot hit the same location again. Certainly, it is possible to win the lotto twice in the same location.
Within a few months, a local man purchased two winning scratch-off tickets at the mega convenience store in Council Bluffs.
In June, he bought a $5 scratch-off ticket and won $50,000.
This week, he won again on a $10 scratch-off ticket. This time, he won a total of $100,000.
