How FBI threatened Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook ahead of the “Hunter Biden Laptop Story”

According to Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the FBI informed Facebook of an expected “dump” of “Russian propaganda” just before the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” story surfaced.

In his debut appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, which was published today, Zuckerberg exposed the FBI’s meddling in the 2020 presidential race.

The FBI, I believe, approached certain members of our team and said, ‘Hey, um, just so you know, you should be on high alert. We believed that there was a great deal of Russian propaganda during the 2016 election. Notification has been provided that a disposal of comparable materials is imminent. So just be vigilant.'”

The New York Post published its first piece about Hunter Biden’s “device from hell” shortly thereafter. According to Zuckerberg, the item appeared on fewer people’s newsfeeds to a “significant” degree as a result of Twitter and Facebook promptly removing it from their platforms.

Zuckerberg told Rogan, “We said, hey, if the FBI, which, you know, I still consider a respectable organization in this nation, is a really skilled law enforcement agency, then why not?” “They approach us and inform us that we must be vigilant about something. Therefore, I wish to take that seriously.”

While the FBI did not directly designate the Hunter Biden article as “Russian propaganda,” according to Zuckerberg, “it matched the pattern.”

In the same week as Zuckerberg’s stunning revelation, a whistleblower disclosed that the FBI prohibited its investigators from probing the Hunter Biden laptop until after the 2020 election.

Rogan pressed Zuckerberg on the matter, and he conceded that the tale turned out to be true.

“Yeah. I mean, it’s awful. No one was able to claim that it was untrue when fact-checkers investigated it, right? Therefore, it had a period of diminished dispersion.”

CNN took over a year to confirm that the “laptop from hell” is authentic, while the majority of the corporate press ignored the Hunter Biden story. A Project Veritas disclosure shortly after the 2020 election in November showed that former CNN president Jeff Zucker rejected the laptop as a “Breitbart rabbit hole,” effectively burying the issue on the network.
