Friday night shooting incident in Little Rock fatal for one person, four people injured

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — A shooting occurred on Jonesboro Road south of War Memorial Park, resulting in the death of one individual and the injury of four others.

The identities of the people who were killed have not been made public.

Two other people were shot, but their conditions are not considered to be life-threatening at this time.

Two further people were taken to the hospital for treatment of minor wounds sustained as a result of the incident.

The first call for help to the location of the incident came in just a few minutes before 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of 10th and Jonesboro.

There, they discovered the body of the deceased person inside a white SUV that had been severely damaged.

There is currently no information available about who might be responsible for this.
