Florida Gov. DeSantis sent migrants from San Antonio to Martha’s Vineyard, now he faces criminal investigation

San Antonio, Florida – Last week, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis transported 48 migrants from a refuge in San Antonio to the island resort of Martha’s Vineyard, prompting a criminal probe.

The press secretary of the White House, Karine Jean-Pierre, described DeSantis’ actions as “a political stunt.”

To win political points, the White House and immigrant rights groups have connected his activities to human trafficking in which migrants are regarded as “human cargo.”

Jean-Pierre stated, “They are fleeing persecution just to be used as political pawns by the governor.” People in Florida should inquire why he is acting in this manner.

Less than fifty days remain until the midterm elections, and the United States is experiencing an increase in border encounters with Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua.

Biden stated, “Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua are currently on my watch list, and the ability to send them back to these states is illogical.”

Jake Sullivan, the U.S. national security advisor, stated that anyone from Venezuela, Cuba, or Nicaragua should not be considered as a pawn since they are attempting to escape horrific government.
