Fire destroys van south of Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska)-A man who lived in his van was unhurt when the vehicle went up in flames Wednesday night, authorities said.
The vehicle caught fire shortly after 8:30 pm in a parking lot near the Nebraska Parkway and Old Cheney Road.
Lincoln Fire & Rescue said the man was not injured.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but a firefighter said the van was a total loss.
