LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska) — Cash, an AK-47 and a pound of marijuana were seized Monday morning by deputies at a northwestern Douglas County home.

In a Facebook post, the sheriff’s office says deputies were sent home for reporting a disturbance.

One person, who has not been named, was arrested on charges of terrorism threats, use of a weapon, unrelated assault and possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

“This is homicide prevention at its best and further proof that drug dealing is rarely a ‘nonviolent’ crime,” the sheriff’s office wrote.
