76-year-old Lighthouse Point man, well-known millionaire, was charged with sexual assault with a weapon for a 1995 incident
Lighthouse Point, Florida – New allegations of sexual assault with a weapon on a victim older than 12 years old dating back to 1995 have been brought against a man in Lighthouse Point, California, who is 76 years old.
According to the arrest report, the billionaire real estate developer Louis Romano Bianculli was 49 years old at the time of the incident, and the victim was one of his employees.
He treated her to supper and then, under the guise of showing her some of his bicycles, invited her back to his house for a visit after she left. The conversation continued for a bit, and then, according to the investigators, he convinced her to try on a medical facemask.
He informed her that the mask contained helium, but in reality it contained some kind of chemical. She refused at first, explaining that she is not into “drugs and all that stuff,” but she eventually gave in to his prodding and got paralyzed as a result of it. According to the complaint, he engaged in sexual assault against her at that point.
It is said that it took place three times in March and once in April of 1995, prior to her quitting her job in May of that year. After that, she stopped taking his calls altogether. When she found out that he was moving to Hawaii, she told a friend, and the two of them went to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. Despite the fact that he had warned her not to tell anybody else, she did.
During questioning, Bianculli allegedly stated that he and the victim had only one sexual encounter and that he was concerned that the victim was under the age of 18.
In 2017, Bianculli’s son provided the Broward State Attorney’s Office with a VHS video clip that he had recorded. It turned out to be a sex tape.
The sex tape’s two still images were handed over to the Daytona Beach Police Department. Investigators observed that they were able to find the woman and meet with her in November of last year. During their conversation, she confirmed that she was the adolescent seen in the video, which had evidently been shot without her permission.
In the video, both Bianculli and the teenager are naked, but the girl appears to be pass out while lying on a sofa bed. She is scarcely able to speak or move, and she is unable to resist his sexual assaults or manipulations. According to the investigation, she was restrained to the bed in some of the sequences and frequently had a towel and a mask that contained chemicals placed over her face.
According to the court document, in some portions of the video, the man can be seen pouring a liquid on the mask while also being heard saying, “It works fast.” In response, she can be heard saying, “I’m numb, everywhere, Lou,” and “I feel stupid…slow… I can’t respond to anything.” Both of these statements are made after the man is heard saying, “It works fast.”
A investigator who was watching the video said that it was quite gruesome and that at one point it showed Bianculli checking on the unresponsive girl to make sure she was not already dead.
Bianculli was accused of sexual battery on a person between the ages of 12 and 18 on more than one occasion, including this one.
In 2015, he was taken into custody by the Lighthouse Point Police Department on suspicion of abusing another young girl between the years 2005 and 2013 while she was under the influence of chloroform, sleeping pills, and other substances that rendered her unconscious. According to the documents, the court’s decision on the issue has been delayed numerous times since then.
Other women have come forward with allegations of sexual assault that date back almost half a century.
Bianculli is still being held without bond in the Broward County Jail at this time.
