36-year-old Omaha man was shot and sustained non-life-threatening injuries in Thursday night shooting, police

OMAHA, Neb. — According to the authorities, a gunshot that took place on Thursday evening left one individual with significant injuries.

After 11:30 p.m., officers from the Omaha Police Department were dispatched to the area bounded by North 31st and Arcadia avenues.

According to the Omaha police department, the victim, who has been identified as Terrence Morrison, age 36, was located by officers with injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.

The investigation is still going on at this time.
