LINCOLN, Nebraska – On Labor Day, the Lincoln Police Department arrested a 22-year-old male in connection with a deadly collision that occurred in northeast Lincoln.

Tuesday at 10:47 a.m., Lincoln police arrested Dylan Will, 22 years old. Will is charged with both manslaughter and failing to stop and offer aid/leaving the scene of an accident.

LPD reported that the single-vehicle accident occurred near Cotner and Holdrege just before 4:30 p.m. on September 5.

Five persons were reportedly inside a vehicle that lost control and smashed into a light post and a utility signal box at an intersection before coming to rest in front of the Cotner Center Condominiums, according to the police.
