Miramar, Florida – Following a car theft in Miramar, a male from Miami Gardens, age 18, is facing 30 counts, according to police.
22 September around 7 p.m., Jlen McNeill was apprehended driving a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis reported stolen from outside a Subway restaurant, according to the arrest record.
McNeill surrendered during a traffic check in the 3000 block of S. Douglas Road in Miramar, according to police.
According to the article, McNeill was found carrying a customized 9mm Polymer P80 pistol with no serial number because it is essentially a Glock handgun constructed from components.
According to the records, the 27 rounds in the magazine were the reason for all of the accusations against the suspect, who was a juvenile delinquent.
McNeill is charged with auto theft, burglary, and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a juvenile convicted of a felony.
He remains in Broward County Jail with a total bond of $8,500.
